Welcome to Carzotive. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Carzotive website and your purchase and use of our digital vehicle history reports.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using a Carzotive vehicle history report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Carzotive provides digital vehicle history reports containing information collected from available vehicle-history data sources.

Our reports may include information such as accident records, title information, mileage records, ownership information, service or maintenance records, damage records, recalls, and other available vehicle-related information.

The information available in a report depends on the vehicle, its VIN, the records available from our data sources, and the coverage provided by those sources.

2. Digital Product and Delivery

All products sold by Carzotive are digital products. We do not ship physical products.

After a successful purchase and processing of the requested vehicle information, the report is delivered electronically, generally to the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the plan selected at the time of purchase:

  • Basic Plan: Generally within 1–2 hours

  • Standard Plan: Generally within 30 minutes

  • Premium Plan: Generally within 30 minutes

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Delays may occur because of data-source availability, system maintenance, technical issues, unusually high demand, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address when placing your order.

3. VIN and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and accurate contact information when placing an order.

Because our service is based on the VIN submitted by the customer, an incorrect VIN may result in a report for a different vehicle.

Carzotive is not responsible for problems resulting from an incorrectly entered VIN, incorrect email address, or other inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

If you believe you entered an incorrect VIN, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@carzotive.info.

4. Accuracy and Availability of Information

Carzotive reports are generated using information available from various data sources. We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and relevant vehicle-history information; however, we do not guarantee that a report contains every event in a vehicle's history.

Some accidents, damage, repairs, title events, mileage changes, ownership records, or other incidents may not be reported to the databases or may not be available to us.

Records may also be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Therefore, the absence of a particular record in a Carzotive report does not mean that the event never occurred.

A vehicle history report should be considered an informational research tool and should not be treated as a guarantee that a vehicle is accident-free, damage-free, mechanically sound, or suitable for purchase.

5. Independent Vehicle Inspection

A Carzotive vehicle history report is not a substitute for a professional vehicle inspection.

Before purchasing a vehicle, customers are encouraged to independently verify the vehicle's condition and history and, where appropriate, obtain an inspection from a qualified mechanic or other professional.

Carzotive does not determine whether a vehicle should or should not be purchased.

Any decision made using information contained in a Carzotive report is the customer's responsibility.

6. Report Use and Intellectual Property

Carzotive reports are provided for the customer's personal and informational use.

You may not reproduce, resell, commercially redistribute, publish, or otherwise exploit a Carzotive report without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

The Carzotive website, branding, text, graphics, software, report formats, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Carzotive's intellectual property.

7. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time an order is placed.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is authorized for the transaction and that the information submitted to Carzotive is accurate.

Carzotive reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect order information, abuse of the service, or other legitimate business or security concerns.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Carzotive provides digital products that may be generated and delivered electronically, refund eligibility is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

If you experience a problem with your order or believe there is an issue with the report or delivery, please contact us at Contact@carzotive.info so that we can review the matter.

9. Duplicate or Repeated Orders

Customers should carefully review their order before submitting payment.

If the same VIN and report product are purchased multiple times, the orders may be treated as separate digital purchases unless otherwise determined by Carzotive.

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us promptly at Contact@carzotive.info so we can review the circumstances.

10. Third-Party Data Sources

Carzotive may rely on information obtained from third-party databases, public records, data providers, government-related sources, and other information providers.

Carzotive does not control every third-party source and therefore cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability, or timeliness of information supplied by those sources.

The availability and content of information may vary between vehicles.

11. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Carzotive website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The website or certain services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Carzotive or its services:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

  • To interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.

  • To attempt unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or accounts.

  • To circumvent security or access controls.

  • To misuse, resell, or commercially redistribute reports in violation of these Terms.

  • To submit information that you know is false or misleading.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carzotive and its service providers shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Reliance on information contained in a vehicle history report.

  • Missing, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate third-party records.

  • Decisions made regarding the purchase, sale, financing, insurance, repair, or use of a vehicle.

  • Delays caused by third-party data providers or technical circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • Incorrect VINs or customer information submitted during checkout.

  • Email delivery problems caused by the customer's email provider, spam filters, incorrect email address, or similar circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. No Guarantee of Vehicle Condition

Purchasing a Carzotive report does not constitute a representation or guarantee that a vehicle:

  • Has never been involved in an accident.

  • Has never sustained damage.

  • Has accurate or original mileage.

  • Has a clean title.

  • Is mechanically sound.

  • Is free from defects.

  • Is suitable for purchase.

The report provides available historical information and should be considered one part of a customer's overall vehicle-evaluation process.

15. Changes to These Terms

Carzotive may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page and the Last Updated date will be revised.

Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Carzotive's services shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction that has authority over the matter.
